Description
Capricare, 2nd Infant Milk from the 6th Month, Goat Milk, 400g
The goat’s milk is secreted to a greater extent than the mother’s, that is, by responsive secretion, where the milk droplets are extracted from the mammary gland together with the membranous cell and the cytoplasm. In this way, full goat’s milk is naturally rich in bioactive ingredients, such as nucleotides, polyamines, taurine, and so on. Capricare infant milk does not need to be enriched with synthetic nucleotides compared to baby milk from cow’s milk.
Faster Processing
From milking the goats in milk powder within 3 days. Ensuring the freshness and physical qualities of full goat milk.
Less burden
Dramatic reduction of the many and complex stages of processing of essential nutrients, especially protein
Reduced risk of contamination
Without long-term storage of ingredients, a large number of suppliers, transportation and processing in other factories or countries.
Quality assurance
Absolute control of raw materials, packaging materials and all stages of production. Ensuring the quality of the finished product.
The proteins of Capricare
Capricare infant milk, due to the Dairy Goat Co-operative Ltd’s production process using full goat milk, maintains the natural casein-whey ratio, with a positive effect on antigenicity as well as on the digestibility.
Antigenity: Capricare from whole goat’s milk contains lower levels of α-casein and β-lactoglobulin, which are considered the most allergenic proteins for the immature immune system of the infant, since they are not contained in breast milk.
Flexibility: Casein contained in Capricare is more suited to breast milk, resulting in a softer gel more soft than cow’s milk. The digestion of proteins is thus made easier for the immature digestive system of the infant.
Similar developmental curves for infants fed with breast milk, infant milk from whole goat milk or cow’s milk.
20% better Capricare than infant milk from cow’s milk. Similar acceptance of breast milk.
